Q: When will I receive my ring?

A: Event rings – Our standard delivery time is 12-14 weeks of production from the date of ordering.

    Custom rings – Our standard delivery time is 14-16 weeks of production from group order submission date approved by the gym owner or coach. Certain design elements may add to production time (custom stones, finish other than White Ultrium, etc.).   

 

Q: Can I make a change to my order?

A: Changes can be made at no charge up to 3 business days after placing an order. To make that change, please contact us.

 

Q: What is the order cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations can be made at no charge up to 3 business days after placing an order. All orders that are cancelled more than 3 business days after the initial order placement will be subject to a $50.00 manufacturing fee. This fee will vary according to what stage of production the ring is in. Once the ring is in cast, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

 

Q: How do I change my shipping address?

A: You can change your shipping address by contacting us

 

Q: How will my ring ship? 

A: All rings shipping to a residential or business address will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.   

 

Q: My ring just arrived, but the size isn't quite right. Can I get it adjusted?

A: Since temperature and exercise often affect the size of your finger, we recommend that you wear your ring at least two (2) weeks before you consider a change in the size of the ring. If you find it doesn't fit quite right, contact us.

 

Q: Do I have a warranty on my ring?

A: Yes, please review the warranty information. 

 

Q: Does the Herff Jones Warranty cover loss or theft?

A: The Warranty does not cover the loss or theft of a Herff Jones ring. In the unfortunate event that your ring is lost or stolen, you can contact us to purchase a replacement ring. 

 

Q: What is the return policy?

A: All products including rings, jewelry, and accessories are not returnable.

 

Q: Why do you charge tax online?

A: As required by law, due to our Company’s business presence in all 50 U.S States (and internationally), all orders are subject to state and city tax. The tax amount is based on your shipping address.

 

Q: How can I get my ring size?

A:  A ring sizing card can be provided to the gym for group sizing. Please contact teamjewelry@herffjones.com if your child could not attend the ring sizing appointment. You can visit a local jewelry store or download our RightSizeTM app. Text SIZE to 70934.

 

Q: What are the available rings sizes?

A: Ring sizes start at 4 and go up at half sizes to 14. Several ring models are offered in a small scale for females and a large scale for males.

 

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal

Q:  If a customer wants a different size, can the ring be altered?

A: Yes. Print the repair form and mail with your ring insured to the address listed at the bottom of the form.

 

Q: How long does it take to get my ring re-sized?

A: Approximately 4-6 weeks from the date the ring arrives at the plant.

 

Q: Can I have my ring polished?

A: Yes. Print the repair form and mail with your ring insured to the address listed at the bottom of the form.

 

Q: What type of metal is used for the rings?

A: White Ultrium. This is a Herff Jones propriety metal similar to stainless steel.

 

Q: How do I care for my ring?

A: Even the purest of gold or silver jewelry will tarnish or discolor if subjected to harsh cleaning materials, acids, or alkaline.

    • To preserve the beauty and luster of your ring, clean it with a mild detergent in lukewarm water and then rinse. Dry with a soft cloth. Do not use any brush, sharp instruments or rough cloths for cleaning.
    • To protect your ring from permanent damage, avoid any contact with mercury or harsh acids. It will be permanently discolored. Be sure to remove your ring before encountering these harmful chemicals.
    • Some persons may have a reaction, between the oils in the skin and jewelry, which results in a black colored smudge on their skin. This condition can generally be avoided by cleaning the jewelry more frequently as described above.
    • To safeguard against breakage or nicks, always remove your ring before engaging in sports or heavy labor. Quality gemstones and precious metals cannot withstand activities of this nature. Treat your ring as you would any fine jewelry. But remember, when you remove your ring, store it carefully and do not leave it unprotected.

 

Q: Can anyone access our gym ring to purchase?

A: All purchases will be reported to the gym owner for verification.
