SHIPPING

EVENT RINGS

All event rings are shipped to the individual noted on the order. Standard production time is 12-14 weeks. All rings shipping to a residential or business address will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

CUSTOM RINGS

All orders are shipped in bulk to the gym/school unless otherwise specified. Each gym/school is responsible for distributing his or her rings to their members. Distribution of rings will occur at a time/date scheduled and announced by your gym. Please contact your gym/school office for specific distribution information.

Standard production time is 14-16 weeks from the order deadline date determined by the gym/coach of each team. The order deadline date may be changed or extended per the request of the gym.

Please note – production of a gym’s custom ring bulk order will NOT begin until the sales window has closed. Once the initial sales window has closed, a ring can still be purchased but will go into production separately from the bulk and ship the individual noted on the order.

Certain ring design elements may add to the production time including but not limited to finish color and custom cut stones.

RETURN AND CHANGE ORDER POLICY  

This Return and Change Order Policy (the “Return Policy”) applies to the purchase, return and changes to orders that have been submitted for event rings and custom rings to Herff Jones, LLC (“Herff Jones”).

Upon your submission of an order for the purchase of any such product, you assent to Herff Jones’ Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Return Policy.

EVENT RINGS

All sales of event rings and jewelry are final.

Changes and cancellations can be made at no charge up to 3 business days after placing an order. All orders that are cancelled more than 3 business days after the initial order placement will be subject to a $50.00 manufacturing fee. This fee will vary according to what stage of production the ring is in. Once the ring is in cast, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. To make that change, please call 1-800-451-3304 or submit your request via email to teamjewelry@herffjones.com.

CUSTOM RINGS

All sales of custom rings are final due to the high volume of rings, customization, and the ring production cycle. Changes and cancellations can be made at no charge up to 3 business days after placing an order. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Any and all disputes arising out of, under, or in connection with this Return Policy (including without limitation, its validity, interpretation, performance, or breach) will be adjudicated exclusively in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana located in Indianapolis, Indiana or the state courts located in (or having jurisdiction over) Marion County, State of Indiana. You expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over you. You expressly waive any claim of forum non conveniens. You agree to reimburse Herff Jones for its reasonable legal and professional fees and expenses of instituting or defending a lawsuit against or by you. This Return Policy and its validity and effect will be interpreted under and governed by the substantive laws of the State of Indiana without regard to principles of conflicts of laws or statutes.
